Ri-Hub, which many write as rihub, all one word, is an online physiotherapy service: a physiotherapist on the Italian professional register follows you by video call, and you do the exercises wherever you are.
Put like that it sounds like many other things. The difference lies in how you start, and that is the only part worth telling first.
How it works, in four steps
- Answer a few questions. They serve to understand what the problem is and which of our physiotherapists is the right person. No payment, no credit card.
- We assign you your physiotherapist. A person with a name, a photo and a registration number on the Italian professional register, not a list of profiles to compare on your own. You can change them whenever you want.
- Twenty free minutes with them. It is your physiotherapist who does the first consultation with you, not a secretariat: they guide you through some movement tests and tell you what they think. If we are not the right answer for your case, they tell you so there.
- Your physiotherapist proposes the sessions to you, in chat, one at a time or all together. You pay for what you accept. There is no package to buy blind before you have spoken to someone, and that is what really sets us apart.
We have explained the full pathway, with what happens between one session and the next, in how Ri-Hub works.
How much it costs
| format | duration | price |
|---|---|---|
| First consultation | 20 min | free |
| Group, per person | 50 min | 29,90 € |
| Individual | 30 min | 29,90 € |
| Individual long | 60 min | 49,90 € |
| Ri-Hub Junior | 50 min | 59,90 € |
The invoice is a health invoice, so it is tax-deductible at 19%. The long session is not an option you choose: it is a tool of the physiotherapist, who proposes it when the case requires it.

Who works here
Physiotherapists on the Italian professional register, each with a declared specialisation: sport, manual therapy, pelvic floor, developmental age, neurology. The registration number is shown and can be verified: in Italy physiotherapy is a regulated health profession, and anyone who is not on the register kept by the TSRM and PSTRP professional bodies is not a physiotherapist, however they present themselves.
You can find them all, one by one, in our physiotherapists.
What cannot be done at a distance
A service that presents itself must also say where it stops.
Manual therapy is not done and instrumental therapies are not done: no tecar, no laser, no hands-on work. An emergency is not managed: if you have had a serious trauma, if you have lost strength in an arm or a leg, if there is fever or pain that does not settle in any position, the route is your doctor or the emergency room. We have written it out in full in emergencies.
What is done well is the part that, in most musculoskeletal problems, decides the result: the right exercise, dosed to your case, adjusted week by week. Not because a video call is magic, but because that part, which in the clinic is often handed over on a sheet of paper, here is really followed.
