The journey
In 4 steps you're up and running.
From the first free assessment to the start of the journey, on average 2-3 days go by. Every step is clear, no surprises.
- 01
You fill in the questionnaire
A few questions about your case: where it hurts, for how long, what you would like to go back to doing. It tells us what you need before you even talk to anyone.
- 02
We assign you your physiotherapist
Based on your answers we match you with the right professional for your case: name, photo and what they work on. They follow you for the whole path — and if they do not convince you, you can change them whenever you like, but continuity with the same person is what makes the difference.
- 03
You meet, and decide together
The first video consultation is with them, not with someone who then hands you to a colleague. They assess your condition, tell you whether online physiotherapy suits your case, and if it does not, they say so.
- 04
They propose the path, you decide
It is the physiotherapist who proposes the sessions in chat: one at a time or the whole path together. You accept what convinces you and pay only for that. There is no package to buy blind before you have spoken to anyone.
What makes Ri-Hub Ri-Hub
6 features of our journey.
Dedicated medical history
Free assessments are carried out by physiotherapists dedicated to that phase, who listen and then route to the specialist colleague.
Eligibility first
We check whether telerehabilitation is the right solution for you. If it isn't, we tell you.
Tailored plan
Number of sessions, frequency and activities personalised to your condition and your schedule.
45 effective minutes
Live sessions, no pre-recorded videos. The physio sees you and corrects you in real time.
Continuous monitoring
Pain, mobility, strength measured session after session. See your progress in real numbers.
It ends when it should
The path does not have a length decided in advance: the physiotherapist proposes it a piece at a time, and when it is no longer needed, they tell you.
Where it happens
You learn the exercises where you will actually repeat them.
This is the real advantage of physiotherapy online, and it is not convenience: it is that you learn the movement in the place and with the things you already have. Your sofa at home, your desk at work, a room on holiday, the garden. Nobody has to translate into a living room what they learnt in a clinic.

At home, on the sofa

Between two things at work

On holiday, without skipping a session

In the garden, when the weather is good
Where everything happens
One place: the app.
Video call, chat with your physiotherapist, exercises to watch again, invoices. You need neither Zoom nor Meet, and there is nothing to install if you prefer the browser: the session opens on app.ri-hub.it.

Where you start

The programme, session by session
When it ends
The path ends when it should, not at a fixed number.
There is no «standard cycle»: the physiotherapist builds the plan on your case, and some do six sessions while others do twenty. When it is time to take stock they propose it: you go back over the path, redo the assessment and compare results with the starting point. It is free, lasts twenty minutes and happens online.
- Close the path, because the goals have been reached
- Continue, to consolidate or for a new goal
- Change approach, for example adding an in-person specialist
No automatism. You always decide, with all the information in hand.
The limits, said upfront
What can be done remotely, and what cannot.
Not everything works through a screen, and saying so first is the only thing that makes the rest credible. Here is how far online physiotherapy goes, and where it stops.
What can be done remotely
- Assessing movement, strength and pain, and tracking how they change over time
- Teaching the exercises and correcting them as you do them, live
- Building a programme that is updated session after session
- Supporting recovery after surgery, within the surgeon’s protocol
- Explaining a scan report and what it actually means
What cannot
- Manual therapy: at a distance nobody can lay hands on you
- Machines — tecar, laser, ultrasound
- Tests that need physical contact, and any diagnosis that depends on them
- The very acute phase right after an injury
- Emergencies: those do not wait for an appointment
If the first consultation shows that your case needs something that cannot be done remotely, we say so and we do not start. It is free precisely because it also serves this purpose.
Prices
Group from €24.90, individual from €29.90.
The price depends on the format: 50-minute group €24.90 per person, 30-minute individual €29.90, 30-minute short group €14.90 per person, Ri-Hub Junior €59.90. Two notes. The 50-minute long individual at €49.90 is not for sale: the physiotherapist proposes it when it is clinically needed. The short group is the maintenance format and starts from two people: it is not where you begin, it is how you keep what you have gained. In Italy the cost is 19% tax-deductible, as healthcare provided by registered professionals.
Which format your case needs is something the physiotherapist works out in the first consultation, which is free, and proposes in chat. No standard packages, no number of sessions promised in advance.
