Who Francesco is.
Physiotherapist specialised in sports physiotherapy. Degree in Physiotherapy obtained in 2018 and, in 2020, university master's in Sports Physiotherapy at the Università di Pisa. Clinical activity focused on the rehabilitation of orthopaedic, post-surgical and post-trauma conditions. Particular interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain in athletes, with the aim of guiding them in post-injury recovery up to a safe return to training. Active approach, based on therapeutic exercise, considered the most effective strategy supported by scientific evidence for the treatment of acute and chronic conditions. During remote physiotherapy sessions, great attention is dedicated to clear, simple and open communication, to actively engage the patient in the treatment process.
