What is Ri-Hub?
Ri-Hub is a telerehabilitation platform that lets you follow online physiotherapy programs wherever you are. It is built around therapeutic exercise as its main tool, with personalized programs, ongoing monitoring and interactive sessions thanks to our qualified physiotherapists. The goal is to make physiotherapy accessible, convenient and effective.
Why should I choose Ri-Hub for my physical health?
Online sessions wherever you are, no travel needed. Qualified physiotherapists, personalized programs, progress monitoring. Affordable packages that ensure a complete program. Reduction of musculoskeletal pain and improvement of strength and mobility.

Download the Ri-Hub app (iOS/Android) or go to app.ri-hub.it, tap Book free consultation, choose day and time, enter your details. The video call with the physiotherapist starts directly from the app — no email links, no external software. The first consultation is an introductory assessment, not a medical service.
Who carries out the first free consultation? Is it the physiotherapist who will follow me through the program?
No. The free initial assessment consultations are carried out by physiotherapists dedicated to that phase: they listen to your story, evaluate your suitability for telerehabilitation and — if it is the right solution — build the plan and route you to the specialist physiotherapist best suited to your condition. The specialist is assigned to you only after this phase. This model lets us have focused team members and route you in the best possible way from the very first session.
What types of treatment can I receive?
Post-operative rehabilitation, management of musculoskeletal pain, recovery from sports injuries, prevention, chronic conditions (osteoarthritis, scoliosis), wellness programs for posture and muscle strength. The physiotherapist follows you step by step with a tailored approach.
In what cases is Ri-Hub NOT suitable?
Acute phase requiring manual treatment (manipulations, massage). Complex pathologies (unstable heart conditions, severe neurological problems). Inability to perform exercises independently. Minors without parental consent. Lack of a suitable device or connection. In these cases we direct you to alternative solutions or specialized clinics.

How it works

How does Ri-Hub work?
Book the free introductory consultation. A physiotherapist evaluates your suitability and creates a tailored plan. If you decide to continue, you start your program from home right away via video call.
Who will my physiotherapist be?
You choose them based on your needs. Each session is associated with a specific therapist, visible from the class preview. All are graduates and registered with their professional boards. Continuity guaranteed even in case of substitutions.
How long does a therapeutic program last?
Scientific literature and international guidelines on therapeutic exercise indicate an average duration of about 10 sessions, but the actual number can vary depending on the chronicity of the condition, the patient's goals and progress. The final plan — number of sessions, frequency and activities — is set during the first free consultation with advice from our experts.

Costs and payments

How much does a session cost?
The price of a session is 29,90 €. We offer flexible solutions and packages to suit your needs.
Can I request an invoice for tax deduction?
Yes. Healthcare invoice deductible at 19% IRPEF for every package purchased, sent automatically by email. Reportable in section E of Form 730 or Redditi PF.
How do I make payments?
After the first free consultation you purchase the package directly from the Ri-Hub app (or from app.ri-hub.it). We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and SEPA. Everything via Stripe with the highest level of security.
Is saving my card secure?
Yes. Data is handled by certified providers compliant with PCI-DSS. We do not store payment data directly, ensuring the highest level of protection.

Free first consultation

How do I request the free consultation?
From the Ri-Hub app (iOS/Android) or from app.ri-hub.it, tap Book free consultation, choose day and time, enter your details. At the booked time the video call with the physiotherapist starts directly from the app: no email links, no external software downloads. The first consultation is an introductory assessment, not a medical service.
What are the goals of the first consultation?
To understand your condition and check whether telerehabilitation is suitable. The physiotherapist analyzes your symptoms, explains how the sessions work, and assesses whether to continue online or whether in-person treatment is needed. You can ask questions and clarify any doubts.
Am I obliged to continue after the free consultation?
No. The free consultation is there to assess your situation and explain the service. No obligation to continue: you decide freely.
What happens after the first consultation?
If you are eligible, the physiotherapist builds with you a personalized rehabilitation plan (number of sessions, frequency, activities). You purchase the package directly from the Ri-Hub app and book the first session from the same screen. If telerehabilitation is not the right solution for your case, we tell you clearly and suggest the best alternative (e.g. in-person treatments).
How long does the consultation last?
About 45 minutes, up to 1 hour. The time needed to listen to your story, assess your condition, and understand whether telerehabilitation is right for you. It is not just a chat: it is a real assessment.
Do I need any documents?
No, it is not mandatory. If you have recent clinical exams (X-rays, MRIs, reports), keep them at hand: they help the physiotherapist better understand your situation.
And if I am not eligible for telerehabilitation?
We tell you clearly and professionally. You will receive a detailed assessment summary to keep or share with a local colleague. Our goal is not to "sell a package" but to find the best solution for you.

Follow-up consultation

Is the follow-up consultation mandatory?
No, but strongly recommended. It serves to evaluate improvements after the 10 sessions with a new assessment similar to the initial one. We compare results and figure out whether the program can be considered complete or whether to continue. It is free and takes place online.
What happens after the follow-up consultation?
The physiotherapist gives you feedback on improvements. Together you decide whether to conclude, continue with more sessions, or explore new solutions. You always make the choice with all the useful information.
How long does it last?
About 45 minutes, up to 1 hour. Dedicated space for you to review the program, do a new assessment, and compare the results with the initial ones.
Is the follow-up consultation really free?
Yes. Included in the program, offered to all patients who have completed 10 sessions. No hidden costs, subscription or commitment.
And if I have not noticed major improvements?
Every program is different. The follow-up consultation is the moment to talk about it, analyze what may have slowed progress and recalibrate the program. Sometimes more time is needed, sometimes a change of approach. It is part of the process.

Video sessions

How long does a session last?
About 45 minutes, including therapeutic exercises guided by the physiotherapist and a final moment for progress monitoring and questions.
Can I choose the times?
Yes, with full flexibility. During booking you have access to the availability of all physiotherapists.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes, from your personal area. To get a credit refund, changes/cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After that the credit is lost.
Can I change physiotherapist if I am not satisfied?
Yes, at no extra cost. You can choose another physiotherapist directly from the platform based on availability and specializations.

Who are the Ri-Hub physiotherapists?
All graduates in physiotherapy and registered with the professional Order. Carefully selected for skill, empathy and being up to date with the latest scientific evidence. Every therapist follows shared guidelines for safe and effective programs.
Can I choose the physiotherapist?
Yes. During booking you have access to the availability of all of them. You can choose based on condition, gender, approach. If your chosen one is not available, the substitute follows the same guidelines to ensure continuity.

Program

Why only packages and not single sessions?
A package ensures a complete and structured program, fundamental for lasting results. Continuity and frequency are essential in telerehabilitation: they make it possible to monitor progress and adapt exercises over time.
Is there a time limit to use the sessions?
Yes, 2 months from the purchase date. We recommend booking the first video session within 2 weeks to start right away. Ideal interval between sessions: at least 2 days.

Physiotherapy

Why should I turn to a physiotherapist?
They are a movement specialist. They resolve musculoskeletal pain, improve mobility, prevent injuries. They guarantee treatment based on scientific evidence, avoiding the risk of getting worse with inappropriate exercises.
Is online physiotherapy really effective?
Yes. Numerous scientific evidence confirms the effectiveness of online therapy, especially when based on therapeutic exercise. Physiotherapists follow validated protocols, personalize exercises and monitor progress in real time. Results comparable to in-person physiotherapy.
Does telerehabilitation completely replace in-person physiotherapy?
It is an innovative and effective approach, based on personalized therapeutic exercise. While it does not entirely replace manual treatments that require physical presence, it is a practical and modern solution to complement the rehabilitation program. The right balance between online and in-person maximizes the benefits.

Technical support

What are the technical requirements?
Stable internet connection, computer / tablet / smartphone with webcam and microphone, quiet and private environment. From smartphone you use the Ri-Hub app (iOS/Android), from desktop you open app.ri-hub.it in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Do I need to install an app or external software (Zoom, Google Meet)?
No. Everything happens inside the Ri-Hub app (iOS/Android) or in the browser at app.ri-hub.it. The free video consultation and the package sessions start directly from the app, no Zoom, no Google Meet, no email links. From desktop you use the browser, from smartphone the app is recommended for notifications and quick access.
How can I contact you?

Is the video call system secure?
We use systems that are GDPR compliant and conform to the European Data Protection Regulation. Sessions are encrypted and health data is handled in compliance with the Privacy Code.
Are the sessions safe?
Yes. Qualified physiotherapists registered with the professional Order. Personalized and monitored treatments. GDPR compliant platform. Privacy of video calls protected. Eligibility for online treatment is always assessed during the first free consultation.
