How do I book the free first consultation?
Directly in the app: app.ri-hub.it → tap the «Book free consultation» button. Pick a day and time, and you're booked in 30 seconds.
Are you a registered healthcare provider?
Yes. Ri-Hub S.R.L. — S.T.P. (Società Tra Professionisti, a professional partnership) is registered with the Italian Order of Physiotherapists. All our practitioners are licensed members of the Order of Physiotherapists.
Are the sessions tax-deductible?
Yes. Every session generates a healthcare invoice that is 19% tax-deductible for Italian income tax (IRPEF), sent automatically by email after payment. It can be reported in section E of the Italian 730 or Redditi PF tax return.
Is it suitable for older adults or people who aren't tech-savvy?
Yes. The platform is designed to be straightforward: all you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera. During the free first consultation your physiotherapist guides you step by step, and our support team is available on WhatsApp whenever you need a hand.
