Does the facility need to install hardware or software?
No, zero infrastructure. The platform is cloud-based, accessible via browser for staff. Patients only need a smartphone, tablet or PC with a webcam — no technical skills required.
How are discharged patients enrolled?
Through the facility's management dashboard: your staff registers the patient, chooses the protocol, and the patient receives an invitation by email/SMS. You refer, we manage: no operational burden after discharge.
Do you have defined medical protocols?
Yes. Our physiotherapists follow therapeutic protocols for the main conditions (post-surgical orthopaedics, neurorehabilitation, respiratory, musculoskeletal). The plan is personalised for each patient based on the medical record and the facility's diagnosis.
Is it recognised as a healthcare service?
Yes. Since 2022, telerehabilitation has been included in the Ministry of Health guidelines. All our physiotherapists are registered with the official Register. Sessions are healthcare services in every respect.
