Our mission

Make physiotherapy accessible to everyone.

We know how important it is to act promptly to improve quality of life. With Ri-Hub we want to break down logistical and economic barriers, offering a personalised rehabilitation service, based on therapeutic exercise, which can be followed wherever you are — at home, at the office, while travelling.

We do not replace in-person clinics: we extend them, enhance them, make them continuous. The majority of musculoskeletal treatments respond to international guidelines with active guided exercise — and this can be done very effectively via video call, with a real physiotherapist who sees you and corrects you in real time.

The founders

Three people, one vision.

Ri-Hub was born from the meeting of two physiotherapists with years of clinical experience and an architect/communication designer who translated their vision into a platform. Each with a specific role, a shared belief: online physiotherapy can be more effective than traditional physiotherapy, in most cases.

Daniele Carretto

Co-founder · Head of Medical Protocols

Physiotherapist with experience in sports and clinical practice, specialised in manual therapy and telerehabilitation. He worked with professional sports teams and in private clinics before building the Ri-Hub clinical approach.

Simone Moreno

Co-founder · CEO

Physiotherapist specialised in telerehabilitation and pain management. His vision: make physiotherapy accessible to everyone, removing the geographical and economic barriers of the traditional model.

Francesco Pavani

Co-founder · CMO & UX

Architect, graphic designer and communication designer. He looks after the platform's user experience and brand communication. He turns clinical methodology into simple, immediate interfaces.

Our story

From the clinic to the platform.

The Ri-Hub idea was born from a real need observed in clinical practice: bringing physiotherapy in step with the times and with people's needs. From the first free assessment to personalised therapeutic plans, Ri-Hub accompanies every patient through every stage of the recovery journey.

2023

Initial idea

Daniele and Simone, physiotherapists with years of clinical experience behind them, recognise an unsolved need: most patients drop out of rehabilitation because in-person clinics are inconvenient, expensive and full of waiting lists. Research begins on protocols and methodology.

2024

Design and prototype

Together with Francesco the platform is designed: clinical protocols, user experience, brand. First trials with pilot patients.

Jan 2025

Ri-Hub S.r.l. — S.T.P. is born

Healthcare Professionals' Company registered with the Liguria Physiotherapists Register no. 3. Registered office in Chiavari (GE), team distributed throughout the country.

Mid 2025

First cohort of patients

Platform launch with a team of selected physiotherapists. First live sessions, first established clinical protocols.

Today

Growing
